If you are a gymnast you are injured regularly. Wether it is a rolled ankle or sore joints these are things gymnasts are always facing. Most of these injuries are never really serious and the gymnast is usually able to continue training within a day or two. I am the clumsiest human being on the planet and I am constantly injured but they are never serious and I can always attend practice the next day. You can tell the difference between a serious injury and a minor injury by giving the injury time. There is a slogan that you can can use to analyse your injuries: "There is nothing that ice can't fix." If you rested your injury and iced it every day it would hopefully heal. If it didn't you should probably go get it checked out by a doctor because it would be a major injury.
